How Your Tier Upgrades
Unlike other programs, our tiers and points operate completely independently. You do not spend points to upgrade. Your tier is determined solely by the number of paid rental months.

How You Earn Points
Spend 5 AED → Earn 1 Point
Effective earning ratio: 20%
Points are calculated on the base rental rate and credited automatically after your monthly invoice is paid.
Example Calculation:
Spend 1,000 AED = 200 Points
Important ReminderRedeeming your points does not affect your tier status. Your tier is protected and only depends on your rental history duration.
